I had a total Jeff dinner tonight with my son, daughter and son in law. An assortment of 5 excellent cheeses, 5 wonderful Mustard spreads, French Baguette, Cherry and Fig spread, 14 assorted olive oils and balsamic vinegars accompanied by a bottle of 2012 Rombauer Carneros. My daughter has always got it from an advanced epicurean standpoint, my son not so much. Now, my son in law....not only did he get it but he LOVED it. He was wowing every 2 seconds. There is hope for him LOL. He never understood why when we had a bottle of white wine we always said " it is not as good as Rombauer", He tasted it and instantly understood. He totally gets it. The mustard and cheese with spread on a baguette made him actually sound and appear to know what he was talking about. My daughter and I have totally rubbed off on him. Mathew Matthew Mark Coffey there is hop efor you in culinary terms. Now put down the damn hot cheetos and fast food crap and eat the good stuff we are introducing you too. !!!!! Oh yeah quit drowning everything in hot sauce you are disgracing the chef and the food on the plate.
