I had an INCREDIBLE meal at The Oak Room The Westin St. Francis with my friend Tina last night. We meet Chef De Cuisine Thomas Rimpel who gave us a tour of the amazing kitchen where they serve thousands of people every night. We then had an amazing vegan dinner that included a delicious Spring Pea Flan with Roasted Yellow Beet Puree Vinaigrette with Micro Greens and Lemon Oil, A Cauliflower Trio - puree, saute, and roast with pistachios, capers, and raisins with a pomegranate reduction, and Vallarta Spring Roll with Corn and Tomato Relish, and Fig Balsamic Glaze. Yum Yum Yum! So many great options on the #EatWell #LiveWell #WestinWellBeing menu. I LOVE Westin Hotels & Resorts commitment to healthy living. Thanks Westin for hosting me. What a blast.
