I had chemo, started on Monday...so I am back on my routine! Monday was rough...but each day has been better, since then! My scans from October 10th came back...with good news! All of my tumors are shrinking with the new chemo!!! I have some very large ones on my liver...which have decreased in size - considerably...since August! Praise The Lord...these harsh chemo side-effects are worth it!!!! My esophagitis from the radiation is taking its grand ole time healing! But I m able to eat...just slow and soft! It is wonderful having Heather home...and Molly on many weekends...it makes every day more precious!!!! On a sad note...our beloved and precious Oopsie (Mollys cat of 14 years) was killed on the road on Monday. We had a teary evening as we wrapped him in one of Mollys favorite t-shirts, and buried him in the back yard, next to his sister - Daisy. He was a wonderful, personable, loving pet! I remember, as a kitten..Molly (then 4 yrs old) would load him in her doll buggy and run throughout the house...going over the door jams...he would become airborne...but never attempted escape...he just new, my lot in life is to entertain this child!...and he did! We miss u Oopsie! I hope there r pets in Heaven! (Even though Grandmama - Betty - would not approve)! 󾍋 Farmers Fair in Dillsburg was fun! I enjoyed some of the festivities! Greg drove our restored Farmall Super C tractor in the tractor parade...and she was gorgeous! Most of Gregs fruit jams won blue or red ribbons...as well as my yellow tomatoes and peppers...what fun to take part in our small town festivities! I thank God for every day! It has been a blessed and beautiful Fall! And I thank God for each and every one of you...for your prayers, support, love and caring - and Hope!!!
