I had hoped that bringing in fresh voices would elevate our discussions to a more civil debate, like the cover photo above. Instead we all look more like the video below. Dear new members and old, liberals and conservatives (e.g., everyone): please try to limit your comments to the issues, not other members personalities or belief systems. If you are using terms like silly, dim, liar, ___turd, ___tard, or any other pejoratives, please stop. This is really very simple: dont make a comment about anyone else in the group – not about their intellect (or lack), not about their beliefs, not about their body, not about their debate style or skills, not about their integrity. Dont insult and dont incite. Just dont talk about other people here. Talk about issues, politicians and news makers. Period. That will help bring us back to be more of a political debate group and less of a vicious cockfight, as Ron Burgundy would say.
