I had posted this a couple of months ago. With the addition of all my new fans, I wanted to share this again for those who are not familiar with my work. As you may or may not know, I have now been doing this for 6years!! I LOVE my job. I love my clients. The support from my friends, family, and clients really warms my heart. In doing this job, I have photographed hundreds of babies, children and family. I have seen it all! I have compiled some great information for you to prepare for your family or child photo session: 1) Make sure your child has napped before their session. If you have to change their schedule around that day, plan ahead. An unhappy child makes for bad photos. 2) If your child is sick- cancel or postpone. Its not worth putting the child through a session if they are un happy. 3) Limit your childs clothing changes to 2. After 2 they will have lose patience. Newborns are in a different category and you can usually do more changes. 4) Wardrobe: Something I tell all my clients- wear what is most you. If you are a jeans kinda person- wear jeans. If dressy is more your style go with that. Matching is also a personal choice. There are many colours that you can match up and blend together. 5)Best of all... Have Fun!!!
