I had such an amazing experience tonight at work. I absolutely love them there. Theyve been so kind to me and compliment me on how I work. Its nice to be appreciated. Tonight, we were able to bless a family. A man with brain cancer, his wife and daughter. He wanted an audio Bible since the cancer has affected his vision. He said he was saving up for it. As I went to the back, I pulled out the money from my pocket and was on my way to make sure this man got his Bible. His story touched me. I lost my Step-dad to brain cancer years ago. My boss realized what I was doing, so she told me to put my money up. She grabbed the entire amount of money and we walked to the table together and blessed this man with the money for his Bible. And she offered to pay for the entire meal. And I refused a tip. Im simply saying this because it amazes me that Im working for people like this. They care. They reach out to others because God has blessed them. I really feel like Im in the right place for once. Im loving it. Im also feeling like this is a huge status update in which I must now apologize for. Lol. What a great day.
