I had to go to the bathroom at therapists office and it is out in the lobby area. The bathroom is small and I normally use the toilet because I like my privacy no matter what Im doing in the lavatory. Well, the door seemed open and I sort of did the quick scan under the door for feet, and there was nothing that I could see. The door rattled and seemed like it didnt want to open at first, but I gave it a quick heave-ho and the door flew open. My therapist was sitting on the toilet reading some sort of big book / journal. We locked eyes and the image has forever been burned into my mind. Now every time I see my therapist, I see him on the toilet. How do I talk to my therapist about this trauma?
