I have a neighbor who only comes to her house one week a year, at which time she sets her lawn on fire (that is her version of landscaping/lawn care) and then goes home. She has a weed jungle. Horrible wild roses, ragweed 10-12 feet tall, stupid chestnut trees, and some other weed that is actually a tree and grows fast and multiplies like bamboo. Really horrible. They will grow more than a foot a week. And, of course, they are trying very hard to crawl over the fence and take over my yard. I hate her. Really I wish she would invest something, hire someone to take care of this crap. I have a huge pile of her weeds and brush that I have had to pull and, in many cases, dig up, from my yard. I was going to burn them, but I was thinking I should collect them and stack them in a huge pile blocking her front door and/or driveway as a welcome gift. Can I do that?
