I have an iPhone issue.. HELP PLEASE.. Erik recently switched from iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy. I still have an iPhone. Every time I text him now, my phone tries to send him an iMessage rather than a text. It then gives me an iMessage failed alert & then converts it to a regular text & resends it. Ive contacted Verizon & Apple about this issue. The two things they told me to do did not work. I turned off the iMessage feature on his iPhone (didnt work). I also went to the apple website & deregistered his phone number with Apple. This did not work either. The other thing Apple told me to try involved updating my phone to the iOS 8.. this is not an option because I dont have enough storage. This isnt just an issue with my phone.. Its happening to other people that have iPhones & are texting him. Has anyone else experienced this?? Suggestions?? And why is everything with Apple sooooo complicated?!
