I have an unbelievably vulnerable and compassionate friend that I hold dear to my heart. I thank you for your willingness to share your spirit with mine and to share your much needed and respected insight regarding your experiences in the flow. The jagged edges of uncertainty can challenge ones determination to see or grasp the next step. Sometime you just need a paddle more than you need a shoe. I love these waves, I embrace these waves, but just like a wave it pulls you back in before letting you go. Maybe, just maybe, I should let go and trust that I will make it back ashore. I am firmly and deeply rooted in my minds eye, searching and listening, watching and feeling. These are some major changes. #perspective #change #compassion
