I have been a customer for over 5 years at the 54th and Harvard location. Recently I had a couple shirts that were misplaced and I found out that a fellow customer had my exact name. The staff diligently tracked down the misplaced articles and apologized for the minor inconvenience. While there have been only a couple misplaced articles over the years, positive manner the staff handled the situation made a strong positive impression on this customer. Jay H.
