I have been experiencing new wrist pain after taking a six week break from yoga. After some investigation it seems that I have been missing the flexion of my wrist that I get from my yoga practice which counter acts my daily actives where my wrist is often in extension (especially mousing). Try these excellent wrist stretches being mindful in your practice. Looks like we will be practicing more wrtist flexions in class for a bit. Come join us on the mat. ~Sybil
