I have been inspired to post this today by a very lovely friend and its about Facebook. The thing about Facebook is its simply a communication and sharing forum. - It is NOT a failproof reflection of who loves you - It is NOT an accurate reflection of your self worth - If people do not like your post - often it has nothing to do with your post....it may simply be they are sick of clicking LIKE a hundred times in their newsfeed.. Facebook is something to enjoy for what it is - simply a peice of software that enables a forum of information sharing. Personally, what many people may not realise is....that I post in FB to primarily support myself first. To share my thoughts with myself and to reinforce the mindset that I want to live with in my own life. Its kinda like a diary. If my posts inspire or connect with others and supports them to live their life in a better way, then that is one of the most beautiful perks of FB. I sincerely appreciate my friends, clients and family who do consistently and often LIKE my posts....that feedback is also lovingly appreciated and valued. Its important to keep in mind, everything in our life is a matter of perspective. Its a matter of what we choose to believe about it and how we choose to allow it to influence our own self beliefs and thoughts. You are the driver of your bus, so get back in the drivers seat and drive on with your head held high, with belief that you are doing your best and with the commitment to keep learning what makes you happy, healthy and feeling good within yourself.
