I have been nominated by Ratnakar Sadasyula to take up the #BookBucketChallenge. Having a read quite a number of books I decided to take it up...So heres my pick of the list... FICTION... 1. Day Of The Jackal (Frederick Forsyth) 2. Wuthering Heights (Emily Brontë) 3. Complete work of Sherlock Holmes (Arthur Arthur Conan Doyle) 4. Complete work of Agatha Christies Poirot. 5. David Copperfield (Charles Dickens) 6. Great Expectations (Charles Dickens) 7. A Christmas Carol (Charles Dickens) 8. A Tale Of Two Cities (Charles Dickens) 9. Oliver Twist (Charles Dickens) 10. Animal Farm (George Orwell) 11. Burmese Days (George Orwell) 12. The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (Mark Twain) 13. The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (Mark Twain) 14. Robin Cook, Sidney Sheldon and Jeffrey Archer...everything by them for whatever they are worth. But its been years since I touched a fiction-based book, (if Burmese Days is excluded, which I read a few months ago but theres a huge gap prior to that.) NON-FICTION... Currently: Only Self-Help Books related to Mind and Motivation...(So far)..The Brian Tracy, Rhonda Byrne, Stephen R. Cowey and such. (But that may change soon because I am planning on reading some War/Espionage based non-fiction soon.) On the INDIAN FRONT... Unfortunately only one till date...Raja Shivchhatrapati by Babasaheb Purandare. But my Indian plans include...Arundhati Roy, Salman Rushdie, Premchand, Amitav Ghoshand, Kiran Desai, Ashwin Sanghi, and a lot, lot, lot more...starting with Rabindranath Tagore. I really doubt my friend-list may contain anyone who is a book-reader and not included in our my mutually close book-reading friends but anyway I am nominating Mohammad Murtaza Ali, Subhashis Mitra, Sarfaraz Kazi Geoff Kubrick, Vincent M. Gaine, Martin Bradley, Robert Tower, Raghav Khanna, Jamie Bailey, Wayne Malin for #BookBucketChallenge
