I have been running errands all day & want to share something with you. Met a very sweet old lady in Walmart tonight in one of the electric wheelchairs. She asked me to help her find something & also lost her son in the store. Tried my best to understand exactly what she was looking for, but got her where she needed to be & had her son paged. She was just so loving & appreciative. Her name was Mavie Lewis & was from Leslie Co.. We talked a bit & she invited me to her church & said the Lord must has put her there to meet me. She was just precious & you could see in her eyes what a wonderful lady she was. I couldnt resist give her a hug. If any one you are lucky enough to know or meet her, you will feel blessed. :) Sometimes I feel I need to work with older people because they need help & compassion & are usually lonely. I know it would be heartache in the end, so I dont pursue with it.
