I have been sitting here thinking about family drama and hoping it comes to an end soon. Feeling very sentimental tonight. I havent always gotten along with my parents, never been rebellious, just we used to argue a lot. My parents have always been there for me, through thick and thin, and supported me and Kevin. Last week, I had the chance to spend 8 days with my mom and dad....just me and them....and it was a special week for me in so many ways. We cleaned out a lot, we laughed a lot, we talked and reminisced a lot, we went shopping, antique stores, the mall, we ate way too much, picked weeds, planted rose bushes, ran errands, played with the dogs, but most of all, I felt a closeness to them like I have never felt. I came to realize just how much they mean to me and how much I do love them! There are so many things I wish I could redo or take back from years ago but they never gave up on me. I just know that I have a complete and genuine love for them and God truly blessed me with them! They mean the world to me! 💜💜💜
