I have been tripping ALL weekend!! Out of an moments frustration I applied and received an seasonal part time job. I only work 1 or 2 days a week. Welllllll my 1st day was Friday (yep, Black Friday). My brain and body has been in total shock!!! When you have a self employed mindset it is super duper hard to work for someone else. The entire time I was there the mangers were getting excited and cheering because the companys goals were being reached above and beyond. They knew they had bonuses coming. I kept thinking, I am here working and helping your company reach their goals when I could be at home doing the same for my company!! If Im NOT receiving the perks and bonuses you will be getting then its really not worth my wild. A paycheck is a pay for your work. A perk or bonus is appreciation!!! Imma stick it out like I told them long as they dont put me on the register. They keep trying. I told them I apllied for stock. If you put me on your registers you will not reach any more goals!! Lol. Let me stick to what I know I can do and thats unpack and display. Shout out to the ones that came by and laughed with me. Lol. My husband laughs at me every time I go and get off work.
