I have came to the conclusion that customer service is dead ! First today at out wonderful steak and shake I set at the drive thru window for 6 1/2 minutes and watched the guy make my sandwiches over three times because he couldnt get them right for talking to the girl working the window! Then when he finally bagged my order I waited another 1and 1/2 minutes with it in her hand while she finished her conversation before handing it to me ! I did have a few select words for her though :) ! Then I go to Kroger and there was an elderly lady in front of me at the check out and the cashier and girl in the other lane who was doing NOTHiNG was carrying on a conversation about school and didnt even bag the lady stuff ! I was so mad the little lady had to bag her own stuff and they just kept on talking and didnt even say a word to her not even thank you ! When he got to me I said if I want to bag my own shit I will go to aldi s lol ! Jr said Im not allowed to go in public with him any longer lmao !!
