I have embraced Foot reflexology after i had my knee injury from Badminton exercise. Foot reflexology and chi kung skill from a master helped to heal the injury. Of course, i need to do rehab by going to the gymn daily and lifting weights by legs and stretching exercise. BUT, reflexology has lots of benefits. Take a look at the diagram below.
