I have good news and bad news about my head injury. The good news is that I am definitely getting more educated about my condition which is better aiding me in treating it. I am definitely having issues with my sight as a result of the injury. I am eternally grateful to my friend Dana for her knowledge and to her husband Rick. They are both very selfless people who love sharing what God has given them with those who need it. She has played an integral role in helping to educate me about my condition. I was able to schedule an appointment with an ophthalmologist in the northern part of our county for the 12th of January. I had heard that quite often this office often makes appointments for more than 2 months away! Mine is in 2 weeks! Hallelujah! The headaches seem to be increasing in frequency again. They had been both getting lower in intensity and lower in frequency as well. I have had a few in the last week and a half. In fact I have one now. Please pray for me. I am grateful for how far God has brought me since the accident. It is truly a miracle! However, this particular part of the journey is still ongoing. I continue to need Gods strength.
