I have hired Barbara on 2 separate occasions. The first was for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and the second time I was facing a foreclosure on my home that was included in the bankruptcy. Barbara really guided me through both processes. She took the time to make sure I was aware of all of my options, helped me gather all the information that was required, and wrote any necessary correspondence on my behalf. She walked me through the entire mess that I was in, and got the best result possible, considering my circumstances. Dont get me wrong, I dont think of bankruptcy as a success story, and I never thought I would be in that position. But now, much to my relief, I can pay my bills, and am re-establishing my credit. If you are financially overwhelmed, due to some unforeseen circumstances, and can no longer pay all of your bills, you will know what I mean. I have learned a lot, having gone through this, and my future looks much brighter than my past. As for the house, with her assistance we worked out a deed in lieu of foreclosure with the lender and I moved out, without a foreclosure. So, do I recommend Barbara? You bet I do! She is not only a great advocate on her clients behalf, but is also a very nice, compassionate and likeable person. Never thought I would say that about an attorney, lol. Scott L
