I have made a point of saying that IF herbicides are to be considered for phragmites removal, it matters greatly what kind and formulation, what amount and concentration, what decay rate, method of application, etc. I saw two links on FB this morning, in a post and a comment, that illustrate how these factors matter. NOT to say we dont need to be concerned about the safety of food, chemicals, and so on, but to say there is a context to all these matters that must be considered. The first, which I cant post as a link for some reason, was a photo with the caption DO NOT EAT TUNA. ALL bluefin tuna caught in California are radioactive.
