I have never been part of a promotion or giveaway that changes their process with no warning. This should have also been posted. I went to a location at 1pm there was no lineup i was told i could wait or come back. I chose to leave and come back at 1:30 when i got there all of the "tickets" were gone and there was no answer for many frustrated customers i would say approx 50. We as a total approached the store manager whom told us they received an email from their district manager at 1:30 pm to start the ticketing process. Talk about unfair and a short notice for us. I even took pictures of all signs posted in the store. The letter board and the ones the manager typed up and posted on the door. This is just wrong on all levels we had no chance at all as a consumer and when a manager was approached they had no answers. She even showed me the email trail with all names included. This needs to be taken to another level. Very upset ex customer here.
