I have no words to describe the day that I had. I was lucky enough - TopicsExpress

I have no words to describe the day that I had. I was lucky enough to interview three people with dramatically different stories. A woman left to cope in the wake of tragedy, poverty and discrimination; a woman who was left with many questions and no answers after finding out she was positive after her husband past away; and a young boy who found out he was positive at the age of nine after losing both parents to AIDS. I cannot yet describe these stories, as their depth has yet to truly sink in. I can say, however, that no matter what situation a person is faced with, the power of testimony has the ability to shed light into the darkest places of someones life. I will share these stories soon, because they deserve to be heard. But for now, I can only say that Zimbabwe has changed my life forever, and I am determined more than ever to give a platform to the people who need it most - and who have the power to change the world through their words. P.S - The woman in the blue blouse asked me to marry her, and I said yes. Sorry, Matt.
