I have not been able to squat heavy or pain free for past 2-3 weeks due to an injury that actually turned out to be psoas/ilacus not firing. Trigenics, a myoneural treatment, managed to find the weakness and also fix it. This is actually a rep PB for me. During the period that I had injured I managed to keep my base levels of squat strength up with various forms of sled drags. Strongman exercises are indeed a great addition or alternative if you need to train around or even rehab an injury #winning #leanandstrong
