I have to say hats off to the developers of Hydes Queens Brewery. They have managed to pull off a sympathetic redevelopment whilst restoring damaged and lost features to this superb Grade II listed example of Victorian architecture. Industrial architecture and areas are my weakness, the buildings are so multi-layered in being highly functional for long forgotten trades and ways of working, but were also showcases for the company operating from within. My imagination goes into overdrive ! The new development offers 73 individual properties, including, studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom duplexes. What a unique opportunity to acquire an actual piece of history...now just need to win the lottery !
