I hope this helps some of my new clients and anyone else interested, feel free to share and tag. message me if anyone has any questions :) Pizza Crust: 1/4 cup egg beaters (1/8 Lean) 1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese (1/4 Lean) 1 cup grated, raw cauliflower (2 Greens) Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Combine grated cauliflower, 1/4 cup cheese and 1/4 egg beaters in a medium size bowl. Spoon mixture on prepared pan. Use the back of the spoon or your hands to thin out mixture and form a circle about the size of a dinner plate without the rim. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Flip the crust over and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Helpful hints Always use parchment paper I use food processor to grind up cauliflower I usually cook longer , we like them crispy. Make sure you flip it to brown on both sides. Make sure u spread out the mixture out as thin as you can. In a circle I always take an afternoon and make quite a bit and freeze them so I can have a quick meal when I want. I always use pureed diced Italian style tomatoes for the sauce, no jar sauce. Make sure you calculate your veggies and cheese and meats accordingly to what you feel like having on your pizza. I usually use ¼ cup sauce and ¼ cup veggies. And 2 oz 2% cheese. I don’t add meat. That’s my choice I hope this helps all my amazing friends/clients
