I hope youve all been enjoying this day today (: I must say that while it is a day of thanks, I had a real a-ha moment in yoga today of realizing the true calmness and peace that comes from forgiveness; not only of others but of myself- which is much needed. People always wonder why I go into a heated room for what seems like torture (especially because I dislike heat) but I always seem to walk away with something good from it! And that makes it worth it! Today has been really sweet and beautiful and I want to thank those of you that inspire me, laugh with me, motivate me and share in this crazy life with me!
