I introduced my Puerto Rican room mate to meatloaf tonight. He said hed never had it so I put a Latin twist on it. Im afraid if it were liquid hed be injecting it straight into his stomach right now. lol I made my own Southern mashed potatoes to go with it and hes already asked to lick the pan after I put away the leftovers. haha Theres a great feeling when your cooking is appreciated. It truly hits deeply to a chefs soul because you know it touched theirs. Thats the power of food.
