I just checked out their facebook page Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria, and I see we arent the only dissatisfied customers! Brought in our car to be checked out because it was making a noise in the back end. They told us what was wrong with it and our deductible to fix it would be $100, ok no problem. They attempt to fix it and break a bolt causing them to keep the car longer than originally planned, no problem they put us in a rental (part of our warranty plan) they said they fixed it and called us last night to pick up the car but said that unfortunately the part they replaced is not the part that is broken or defective, but replaced it none the less and wont release our car back unless we pay the deductible. WHO THE HELL DOES THAT? Needless to say, we will pick up our car and handle this in court and put in formal complaints to consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau and the kicker is because they broke a bolt trying to repair our vehicle and had to order the part tells us we have to pay the three additional days on the rental because the warranty only covers 1 day! The balls of this dealership!
