I just finished watching a HBO Special on You Tube (for almost free, this is included in my monthly internet service), titled "The Day Reagan was Shot". I remember the day, remembering, "Oh No....Not Again"....and then he survived. I voted for him, my second husband was on his Secret Service Team when in the area. That was a good day as far as I knew then. What I know now, I am sure Governor Brown can prove and enforce. Anarchy in the Shasta County Sheriff`s Department has reigned since Under Sheriff Jim Pope declared himself Sheriff in 1990. I will have to consult with some authority on the California State Constitution on the legality of my statement posted here, and I will do so tomorrow. So, if Sheriff Phil Eoff never legally resigned, never retired, and was never divorced by me, where is the legal liability ceiling for the Insurance Company, Risk Management in Shasta County and City of Redding, Anderson, and surrounding cities??? Any guess?
