I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with JCP "customer service" Last year someone used our MC to place an order with JCP. Citibank caught it and fixed everything. So I placed an order with JCP and used my visa. Received my order confirmation via email, but nothing arrived, so I check on my order and see canceled. I called them and the poor rep could not get her manager or the fraud dept. on the line....all they tell her is JCP fraud dept. cancelled it. Okay, so they need to verify something and yet...... Nothing, no phone call, no email, no letter. Just cancel the order with no notice or explanation. Make me call and waste my time. I have spent thousands of dollars at JCP, but not another dime, they have lost a customer. I will not shop there again.
