I just spoke to Victim Witness in Marinette County, and their office is also frustrated that Srgt. Randy Miller is not cooperative to send the incident(s) reports to the D.A. for prosecution. Victim Witness informs that their legal secretary has also contacted Marinette County Sheriffs Office at least twice requesting the referral and neccessary documentation from Srgt. Randy Miller to pursue charges, and that Srgt. Randy Miller is not cooperative in providing that documentation for prosecution. Victim Witness coordinator informs that she will request of Sheriff Sauve that Srgt. Randy Miller answer directly to his boss why he is not cooperative to refer my complaints for violation of the harassment injunction for prosecution when my front yard was set on fire, and again a couple of days later when strangers arrived to my property to get some beer that was left in my garage when my front yard was set on fire. The victim witness coordinator is hopeful that by asking Srgt. Randy Miller to answer directly to his boss why he has not been cooperative to refer these incidents for prosecution, this can be resolved very soon.
