I just want to put a warning out there for people living specifically in sheboygan county... my husband was walking our mastiff/ pit mix the other night and came across two police officers in the vicinity of Johnston Bakery on Michigan Ave. Naturally she let out a bark because she hadnt spotted the people she could hear talking and one of the cops turned with his hand on his gun. My husband stopped. Had her sit down and he waited. Once the officer realized she was a well behaved dog he turned back around.. however as he did he said loud enough for my husband to hear him.. Your lucky its on a leash or I would have killed it. My husband being the man he is. Stopped and asked the officer to repeat what he had just said. Of course, being as he got called out on his stupidity he tried to get rude with my husband who simply kept on walking. Just a message to all of you pitty owners be sure they are leashed at all times when walking. I wouldnt want anyone else to run into this ignorant ass and end up with a dead dog.
