I just want to say this real quick... Smashwords, I love you... I truly, truly do. I want to violate you (In a good way). Thank you for not causing me to pull any more of my hair out. Im under review right now for Smashwords. I want to keep my people happy! So yes, I will be available on Apple iPad. Which makes sense, because I own one of those. I was ready for it to spit fire at me, laugh at me, but it loves me! It truly does! Okay, enough about Smashwords... Im currently working on book 2. Good news, is that Kellie is about to receive my characters soon, but I have to make sure chapter 1 in book 2, goes off without a hitch. Book 2, is Fairies Of Light. This is Rosalies perspective, not Jeannies. I will return to Jeannie in book 3. This is a very, very ambitious series. I am currently sitting at 62 characters. Some will die, and some will live. Im the insane writer who came up with this insane idea. My lovely spouse is freaking out right now. My spouse believes I should keep it between Jeannie and Christian, I disagree. Im stepping out of the box, so this isnt your typical series. This is highly ambitious, I realize that, but I want to be different from all the others out there. So Im sitting at page 55 in book 2. I myself, can read through a six hundred page book in one day. Unfortunately, editing is a completely different ball game. This can take up to a week. Im struggling with writing from a 5 year olds perspective. This only lasts for the first four chapters. I have to take out big big words, to dumb it down. Im sure I will catch hell for it. Im already mentally prepared. I want to put my daughter on the back cover, but put her as transparent and small. She posed for me, so I took a few pictures of her. She makes a great baby model. I want to add her for extra emotional impact. Those are my goals for now. 1.) Finish editing book 2. 2.) Give Kellie my choices for characters for the cover on book 2. 3.) Give her an accurate page count this time (In my defense, I was really sick). 4.) Proofread book 2 and hand it out to my beta readers. 5.) Finish formatting and last minute corrections. I may struggle next week, because I have a serious doctors appt. (That Im nervous about). I also have a dentist appt. Im probably taking my notes with me, so I can change Embers story. Did I mention that I love all my characters? They are worrying about me again, especially Ian. Thats all my updates for now. I truly pray and hope you enjoy book 1.
