I just wanted to take a moment to thank my wonderful kids for all their help the last few days. Jacob was soooo helpful in taking notes and helping me decide which pans I should use, how much cake was needed and giving me an occasional hug when needed (I wanted these cakes to be perfect!) Megan was SOOOO wonderful in helping me clean up after the first cake- it makes my work easier with help like that. Then she went to the store to get me a soda! What a great girl!! After everything was done the kids both cleaned up the kitchen for me. I love my amazing family. I couldnt do it without them. (If my husband wasnt away for work it would have been even better!)
