I know it has been awhile since Ive posted on fb, but I have a few things I want to say. This is not directed at any certain person bc tons people have comments about the topic. Many people seem confused about my relationship. Yes, I do take care of Caleb, but not financially. He keeps the water on, the cable bill paid, a roof over his head, and food in the cabinets. After he goes to work at 3:30am, I continue to sleep until about 7:00am. Then I get up and do my job as a office manager, answering phones. I am lucky bc I can do my job where ever, in my bed or on the treadmill. So while Caleb is at work, Im lounging around. When 3:30pm rolls around, Caleb finally gets off unless he gets caught up at work. He goes straight home and sits down on the couch to enjoy the cable he has purchased. Around 5:00pm, I am now off work and head over to Calebs house. As soon as i get to his house, I/ sometimes we start making dinner. I take it upon myself to put a hot meal in front of him after he has worked hard, on his feet running machines for 12 hours 5 sometimes 6 days a week. After he has eaten, I clean the dishes and the kitchen. Next, I head to the bathroom/living room to ensure it is also straightened up. It is now 7:30-8:00pm. Caleb has now showered and is laying in bed. After doing the cooking and cleaning, I lay down in the bed to enjoy one hour of just us bc i have to head home around 9:00pm. So, yes I do take care of him but its by choice. Its crazy the number of people that tell me to be careful. Dont love him more than he loves you! People dont see all the good things Caleb does for me. Many times when I come over, he has gummy worms and a tea, flowers and a note, dinner and candles, or something cute that he knows Ill enjoy. I get long hugs and many thank yous for doing what I do. He knows when his bils are due, at least most of them ;) and he always gets them paid with his check from his 60-68 hour week job. If it came down to it, I know Caleb could do it all himself, but why strain himself when Im here. Caleb loves me very much and he is always appreciating what I do for him. Im a very proud girlfriend and no one and no comment is going to stop me.
