I know its early but I have decided to make my New Year Resolutions or at least some of them now. Thats because its never too late or too early to make good decisions about what you are going to do with your life to make improvements. I really love what I do and helping people gives me great joy and a feeling of purpose. There is no greater joy to me than to see people smile and give encouragement. The helping has included training, life lessons and needs outside the gym (I dont only live in a gym...lol) Here is one important resolution... Those of you who have called me for help, out of the blue when I havent even heard from you in months, but lo and behold.. I hear from you and a week later you ask for a loan or favor call someone else and KICK ROCKS!!! I was and have been a better friend to you than you will ever have because I said YES even when it hurt me to say YES. And I dont know if many people have a friend like this or even if the people they are paired with or going out with are so helpful. Its your loss not mine... It cost me what I consider a meager sum to lose these people like a tick off a dogs back. You will need and miss me long before I think of you. If you think that this may be you... You have my number and feel free to ask. If I dont answer my phone or return your call then I guess it was! Peace out!!!
