I know this may be a sensitive subject for most, but I would ask you to open your minds to the fact that most animals raised for food in todays society are factory farmed, and there is nothing good about factory farms. One of Tyson foods factory farms got caught on camera abusing the animals and so now Tyson has terminated their contract. IMO, ALL factory farms should be under 3rd-party video surveillance as abusing animals on factory farms or in slaughter houses are not isolated incidences. It is very common. Maybe its too much to consider switching to a plant-based diet (I have been a vegetarian for over 30 years and I am healthier than my peers), but I would ask you to consider lessening your intake of animal products, as our diets are one of the biggest forms of cruelty that most people partake in....and turn a blind eye. If you would like to learn more, I HIGHLY recommend books by John Robbins, (ex-heir to the Baskin Robbins throne) such as Diet for a New America, or The Food Revolution. investigations.nbcnews/_news/2013/11/20/21534986-tyson-foods-dumps-pig-farm-after-nbc-shows-company-video-of-alleged-abuse?lite
