I like this comment by Amy Barnes (nice name, too!): Too late. People who speak are frequently "disappeared," or their jobs disappear with "the phone call." I say we ALL get together and discuss what the others cannot. Then all the kids have to do is simply smile. Because they know. And they know that we know that they cannot speak. Let us raise our voices so loud that these frackers regret the decision to insert a First Amendment restriction clause into a contract. Our Everyday 1A is something that should never be curtailed. So let us ALL raise our voices in protest!
