I like to keep myself out of many political debates but I saw something in an article referring to the numbers of police killings in the U.S. every year vs. other countries and I was appalled. I am not saying that every case, especially not some recent ones are the fault of the police and I try my hardest to abide by the law and avoid any conflict with law enforcement possible but read this article and tell me how our country got so messed up that our civilian death count from police is over 100 times that of Germany or Britain? I have an incredible amount of respect for police and the job they do but damn, something needs to change and I can only hope that in my lifetime we Americans will figure it out.
