I like to provoke people in a good way. I don’t like to see capable people sat on their blessed assurance doing nothing. I will go out of my way from time to time to provoke people to good works. I heard a story about a white woman who had lots of secret treasures to give away. She decided to put them in a book. Someone asks her why she choose to put these things in the book. She said, ‘Certain people don’t like to read.’ What do you mean said the inquisitive person?” “Well said the wealthy white woman; if you want to hide things from black people, put it in a book, cos they don’t like to read.” Well, well, well. Thought provoking! I would like to hear your thoughts on this.
