I live in a nice middle class area located between 2 of the cities better known for excellence schools, lots of families, good families around, but apparently an animal abuser lives near me. We saw a deceased cat very near our driveway, in the street, and thought it was hit by a car, but when we went to see if we could identify whose cat it was, we noticed a spent roman candle laying next to it, and it looks like that is how the cat was killed. All I can think of is that this is an area between 2 schools, and some sick, sick, sick creep is in the area.
