I lost my very first mobile client this past Saturday. I didnt lose her to another company or barber. I lost her to a disease called cancer. She had been a mobile client of mine since 2011. I enjoyed going over to her residence and cutting her hair. We would have the best conversations. She would keep me up on what was what in her world. In the business of barbering, relationships are built. During my mobile haircut visits, I not only would cut her hair, I would open up her blinds and shades so the sun could come in her home and illuminate the rooms. She would have me to take out the trash during some visits. She would have me to make store runs for her. Barbers often times go the extra mile for their clients because of the love they have for the business and the profession. Im going to miss this client tremendously but Im truly grateful for the time I did have being her barber, psychologist, concierge, confidant, and friend. Nothing but the best memories!
