I love all the wonderful wishes and tributes to moms on this special day. Please remember that while you may be enjoying this day? For others? It is just another painful day to remind them of their loss. Some people like to just forget this day. Isolate. And black out the pain you feel when you see all the families havking a great time and all you can do is think why couldnt I have my mom in my life? Call it envy, jealousy, anger, depression, or any other word. I call it unfair. I have had many people over the years ask me what I did for my mother on this day. I was bitter back then. I would say, I closed the blinds, locked the door, turned off the phone, got drunk and cried all day because I still am hurting over her death. And what did you do? So be good to your mom on this day. Tell her you love her every day and not just today. And be sensitive to people that are emotional on this day.
