I love carbonation, flour tortillas and potatoes; Im no longer consuming those three items. I read in a book Im reading on nutrition that instead of cutting 500 calories all at once, people should cut 300 calories and do 200 calories worth of exercise. I was wondering how I lost 3.5 inches so quickly and I realized that it was cutting my three favorite things out of my diet and my obsession with working out. I would have 2-3 sodas/day, any form of potatoes every day, and Id have countless tortillas as a random snack, again, everyday. If I pretend I had one potato, one tortilla and three sodas and cut them out of my diet, thats already 649 (approximate) calories Ive cut out. I cant even imagine how many calories Ive ACTUALLY cut out. Especially because those three items were the only things I ate anyway. Contrary to popular belief, I never eat much. What a difference!!
