I may never be remembered for being there for everyone every time but many people will reach their personal best under my leadership. I have a call to pull out of people what God has put in them. My Most difficult task is to manage the expectations of some while equipping and releasing others. My prayer daily is for wisdom as I lead my church toward their very best and create an environment of community that facilitates health and growth. If a person is determined to stay in mediocrity or loves less then I may offend them. If a person seeks for Gods best then I can help get them there. I simply believe God has more for us than we can imagine. Lets get it all.
