I must ask again, how many times is too many times before people wake up to the fact that radio frequency is INDUCING weather? You might ask, how is this occurring? Simply put, radio frequency from RADAR can cause small ions to form as the intersecting radio frequencies strip electrons from the atmosphere. The electrons are the precursor to plasma / lightning. Their magnetic charge attracts molecules of H2O, forming rain, and sometimes forming plasma / lightning which is visible. Michio Kaku explains how the physics of the process works here:
