I need advice from the amazing dog catchers I have a beagle and he is able to jump the fence because its not tall enough , every chance he gets he tries to run out the door and when he does its so hard to catch him because he gets on a scent of squirrels or something luckily he stays around where I live but I love near a busy road and Im scared he will get hit or one day venture further on a track and Ill lose him , what I try is throwing food to him but it doesnt phase him :-( thanks!
