I normally would not post anything this important on facebook, however you guys are going to need this if they have their way spreading this GMO ebola. 6 heads of organic cabbage, sliced. 1 teaspoon of sea salt per pint of cabbage. mash cabbage and salt into large jar or separate into quart jars (big crocks are best). weigh down the cabbage so it is under its own water or fold up a cabbage leaf and place on top to keep it under water if using jars (add spring water or distilled water to get the cabbage under 2 inches of water. cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 7 days. save your sour kraut and pour the water into a big jar. put equal parts (chopped or grated) cayenne or habanero pepper, onion, garlic, ginger into the water you saved from the sourkraut. (the mixture has lactobacillus, which is a natural probiotic which is the FIRST defense in your digestive system against infection. let that ferment covered (but not sealed) for 7 days. on the 7th day add an equal amount of chopped or grated horseradish (horseradish stops bacteria action and kills viruses so you need to add it last). let the mixture sit in a cool dark place for a month or so. Keep making the stuff and put it in bottles. Sip it throughout the day to keep yourself healthy against the bad bacteria AND any virus that may come your way. I make this stuff too, but I cant keep up with all who need it, so make it yourselves and have it available for your loved ones. #Ebola
